Dpmodellismo.it collects and processes the Customer's personal data for the collection and execution of purchase orders, for any complaints after the purchase and to provide the Customer with the services available. These data are necessary for the management of purchase orders, also with commercial partners (for example logistics service providers, couriers, banks, etc.). It is advisable to enter a delivery address and a correct telephone number to allow D.P Modellismo Srl to promptly and correctly execute an accepted purchase order. A telephone number is also necessary in order to allow D.P Modellismo Srl to contact the Customer for any clarifications and to allow the commercial partners of D.P Modellismo Srl to correctly execute the purchase orders of the same Customer. Finally, the e-mail address is necessary for D.P Modellismo Srl to communicate to the Customer the confirmation of receipt of the purchase order and for any other communications. Finally, the e-mail address is used when identifying the Customer to allow him to access his account.

IF YOU ACCESS THE RESERVED AREA:

The Customer's personal data and those relating to his purchase orders are saved in the system of the D.P Modellismo Srl, but will not be freely accessible for security reasons. D.P Modellismo Srl, guarantees each Customer access to a reserved area using a protected password. In this area, the Customer can view all the data concerning the purchase orders executed and those in progress and can also manage his personal data. The Customer is obliged to treat the access data in compliance with the regulations in force and not to disclose them to third parties. D.P Modellismo Srl, will not be in any way responsible for incorrect or improper use of the password by the Customer. D.P Modellismo Srl does not use customer data for promotional purposes. The Customer's e-mail address will be used exclusively within the limits prescribed by the applicable legislation.

IF YOU ACCEPT THAT YOUR DATA IS PROCESSED FOR "MARKET RESEARCH AND DEMOSCOPIC INVESTIGATIONS":

The Customer's personal data are also processed for the purpose of carrying out market research and opinion polls. They are used anonymously and exclusively for the purpose of compiling statistics for D.P Modellismo Srll. At any time, the Customer has the right to object to the processing. The answers provided by the Customer in the context of such market research and opinion polls are neither disclosed to third parties nor made public.

When the Customer visits the website www.dpmodellismo.it, some data is collected and saved. The domain name or IP address of the accessing computer is temporarily saved for security reasons. To fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, it may be necessary that D.P Modellismo S.r.l. processes your personal data to the extent that they are directly involved in each purpose (whose activities concern the development and support for e-commerce activities). 5) Rights pursuant to art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 22 of the REG. EU 2016/679

Reminding you that if we have obtained consent for the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, we inform you that in your capacity as an interested party, you have, in addition to the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority , the rights listed below, which you can assert by making a specific request to the Data Controller and / or to the Data Processor, as indicated in point 7.

Art. 15 - Right of access
The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to personal data and information regarding the processing.

Art. 16 - Right of rectification
The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration.

Art. 17 - Right to cancellation (right to be forgotten)
The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation of personal data concerning him without undue delay and the data controller is obliged to cancel the personal data without undue delay.

Art. 18 - Right to limit the processing
The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of the processing when one of the following hypotheses occurs.

a) the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
b) the processing is unlawful and the interested party opposes the cancellation of personal data and requests instead that its use be limited;
c) although the data controller no longer needs them for processing purposes, the personal data are necessary for the data subject to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
d) the interested party opposed the processing pursuant to art. 21, paragraph 1, pending verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to those of the interested party.

Art. 20 - Right to data portability
The interested party has the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning him provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments from part of the data controller to whom he provided them.
In exercising their rights regarding data portability pursuant to paragraph 1, the interested party has the right to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one data controller to another, if technically feasible.

The interested party has the right to object at any time, for reasons connected to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

Art. 22 - Right not to be subjected to automated decision-making, including profiling
The interested party has the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or which significantly affects his person in a similar way.

6) Intention to transfer data abroad
