Shipping policy

The order will be managed within 24 working hours from receipt of the order. The staff of D.P Modellismo will contact the customer within 24/48 working hours to communicate the actual availability and timing of shipment of the order.

Delivery, barring unforeseen circumstances due to third parties, on the national territory will be made within 24 working hours from the time of shipment, for the major islands and Calabria 48/72 working hours from the time of shipment.

The delivery of shipments outside the national territory will require a minimum of 72 working hours, barring unforeseen events due to third parties.

The fiscal documentation relating to the ordered products will be issued by D.P Modellismo S.r.l. when the products are shipped to the customer.

No responsibility can be attributed to D.P Modellismo S.r.l in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately notified, by putting WRITTEN CHECK RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.

In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically canceled. D.P Modellismo S.r.l reserves the right to withhold 10% of the order value with a minimum of € 20 to fully cover the costs of storage and management of the uncollected order which will be subtracted, in the case of advance payment, from the refund amount. or, in the case of payment on delivery, they will be requested directly by the customer. In case of non-payment of the costs of storage and management of the order by the customer, D.P Modellismo S.r.l is free to block the purchases of the customer in question or not to accept, again from the same, payment methods on delivery.
